The Fair concept and Promotion of the event

During March 27-28, 2009, the fourth international exhibition "International Property Abroad Fair" will be held in the Ukrainian House (http://www.ukrdim.org.ua/), Kiev, Ukraine.

The well-being of Ukrainian people is getting better and better with every year. And more and more people decide to buy property abroad. However, property abroad is a high level and expensive "product". That's why it requires a well-planned promotion to attract the target audience of wealthy Ukrainians.

Ukraine is the second largest country in Europe and has a population of about 47 million people. It is a country with a gross national income per capita of US$ 1,520 in 2005. An estimated 68 percent of Ukrainians live in urban areas, with over three million inhabitants in the capital Kyiv, the largest city. According to information of Committee of property market analysis of Association of Realtors of Ukraine average value of 1m² in the main cities (2005-2006) varies from 1100 USD/m² to 2600 USD/m² . This year Kyiv was recognized as the most expensive city in Eastern Europe with the most expensive property cost.

"International Property Abroad Fair" is the international property forum. This is a forum where managers and directors from different countries meet. Here you can make business contacts, present your projects, and start profitable and successful cooperation.

Exhibition presents fast developing prospects of International real estate market. At the exhibition participants can present their companies and projects to potential customers.

We expect more than 100 international property developers and real estate agents from more then 15 countries take part in the Fair.
