TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

1. Registration of participation and terms of submission of documents

To participate in the exhibition, it is necessary to confirm the intent in writing by e-mail: info@dec-property.com to the Direction of the Exhibition before 13 October, 2008. Upon receipt of the Registration Form for participation in the exhibition, launched in due course, the administration will proceed with the registration. Contracts and other necessary documents will be sent to the Participant e-mail within three days from the date of inquiry.

2. Cost of participation and the order of payments

3.Construction and decorating

For construction of the stand will be used the system including aluminum designs and plastic panels (height 2.5m, width 1m). Bench elements should be returned after an exhibition in not damaged kind and are cleared of the various promotional material which is not attached to designs by pins, by buttons, etc. inadmissible ways. All stands should be ready to check last day installation of an exhibition, in this connection it is necessary for you to be since morning at the stand to be convinced, that the design of your stand is constructed correctly and completely to decorate in time. The Exhibitor wishing the non-standard stand, should for 1 month prior to the beginning of installation works stipulate with the Organizer the project of stand and the full engineering specifications.

4.Refusal of participation

In case you wish to cancel the made order for participation, you should not later than 1 month prior to the beginning of installation, direct to us the missive with a press signed by the general director of your organization. The Organizer has the right to expose the penalty at a rate of up to 50 % from cost of participation. Also refusal of participation less than for 10 days prior to the beginning of an exhibition, payment is not a subject to return. Otherwise the order will be considered accepted to execution, and the accounts exposed to you - are a subject to payment.

FAIR CATALOGUE

Infomation in the Fair Catalogue (with the edition of 5000 pieces) for the Fair partisipants is free of charge (standard form). For those who are unable to participate in the fair we offer to place information about company at extra cost in the official Fair Catalogue which will be presented to every visitor of the fair. Information on Application must be submitted to the Administration prior to October 13, 2008 in hard copy in Russian and English. In case of the above information no presented in time, Direction places in the official catalogue only the Organization's name

PRESENTATIONS

Seminars, conferences and presentations will traditionally pass within the limits of an exhibition "International Property Abroad Fair". The actions of exhibition are coordinated by the Organizer. Please let us know about seminars of your Company, press conferences and presentations during the exhibition (including your stand). We can provide all participants, visitors and press with this information FREE OF CHARGE. Cost of holding conferences, seminars in 1 hour, including rent of a premise - 100 euro.

FORMS OF PASSIVE PARTICIPATION

1. The exhibition stand with the adviser of organizer.

Cost of participation 415 euro - 1м², the adviser - 300 euro\2 days

2. Distribution of an information materials by promoters.

Cost of participation - 300 euro\2 days

3. Accommodation of the detailed information of the company in official exhibition catalogue.

Cost of participation - 1\1 А4 750 euro, 1\2 А4 450 euro
